Great experience, following many disappointments with others. Booked me in, came to me on time, listened intently and acted decisively. Personable, professional. Took way more time with me than other companies in an endeavour to set my aids correctly. Nothing was a problem. All this and really great pricing compared to most. I was booked in straight away for further setting and checks the next week. So far most things are better with their advice on the brand, better sound, wind sounds like wind not crackling, TV sounds better, car radio sounds better. Heard things in my music I’ve not known were there.
